Clean Up Australia Ltd uses the SecurePay Payment Network for our online credit card transactions. All transaction data is encrypted using a 128-bit encryption key with SSL public key cryptography as the secure transport. The standard level of encryption used by SecurePay is considered realistically unbreakable.

Credit card numbers or personal details supplied by customers are not stored anywhere in the SecurePay Payment Network and cannot be used other than for its specific intended purpose.

All communication between your browser, the SecurePay Payment Network and Clean Up Australia Ltd is fully authenticated. Transaction information can be readily cross-referenced, by Clean Up Australia, SecurePay and Westpac should there be a need.

The SecurePay Payment Network is PCI / DSS accredited and only physically accessible to a limited and accountable group of technicians; all maintenance and enhancements are completed using a thorough change management process.

SecurePay is an approved provider of credit card payment services to Westpac and uses dedicated lines into the national banking network.

Clean Up Australia Privacy Policy

Clean Up Australia (CUA) is a not for profit organisation whose mission is to inspire and empower communities to clean up, fix up and conserve their environment.

CUA respects and seeks to preserve the privacy of individuals. Our Privacy Policy is based on the Australian Privacy Commissioner's National Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand how CUA collects, uses and safeguards your personal information.

What information is collected

During the course of dealing with you, CUA may collect basic personal information about you, such as your name, position, company, address, phone number, and email address. We may also collect other specific information from you relating to the services or advice you wish to obtain.

Access to your information

You can access the personal information that CUA holds about you by contacting CUA as set out below. We will provide you with a copy of your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request.

If you wish to change personal information that is out of date or inaccurate at any time please contact us. After notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct any of your information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If you wish to have your personal information deleted please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practical.

We may refuse your request to access, amend or delete your personal information in certain circumstances. If we do refuse your request, we will provide you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of amendment, we will note with your personal information that you have disputed its accuracy.


CUA will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the personal data we hold from such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data
