Clean Up Dumping

Let's Clean Up Dumping on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

Congratulations to all volunteers who took part in Clean Up Dumping on the Mornington Peninsula on Sunday 20 November! We had an amazing response from the community with over 43 ute-loads of waste being cleared from five sites across the Peninsula. Waste collected included mattresses, bikes, tyres, construction waste and one whole ute load of PET plastic! Ex-Richmond footballer, Matthew Richardson also supported the campaign on the day by visiting some of the Clean Up Sites.

95% of the rubbish removed by volunteers on the day was fully recycled and re-used thanks to the support of Job Site Recyclers.
