Meeting Point: ESPLANADE OPPOSITE ROYAL HOTEL, NEAR PATHWAY DOWN TO ROYAL BEACH. PROPOSE SPLITTING INTO 2-3 GROUPS TO CLEAR/CLEAN FROM LINLEY POINT (SOUTH) TO PARK OPPOSITE DRAKE/COOK STREETS,(ABOVE MOTHERS BEACH) INCLUDING MORNINGTON PARK, ROYAL AND FISHERMANS BEACH
